A Unique Gift

29/12/2021

The Oxford Historical Society (OHS) works to preserve the memory of our collective past — and you could be a part of that meaningful effort to remember.

In 2022 we will come together and continue to celebrate Oxford's rich history. Whether your families were here in the beginning, or are just now creating history as newcomers to our town, we welcome your reminiscences, contributions of photos and stories, and volunteer time to bring our past into the present for the next generations.

Give the Gift of History!  If you know someone with a passion for the past, you can put something unique under their tree this year — a gift membership in the OHS is only $15 (individual) / $20 (family).

We also accept financial contributions that enable us to pursue projects of public education and history preservation. Our donors and members provide us with direct financial support through donations and membership.

Our volunteers give generously of their time and talents to the Society's heritage work and fundraising events.

The OHS welcomes new members with a passion for history to help us plan and carry out projects and activities. A great volunteer opportunity!

To purchase a membership, or send a donation in the name of a relative or friend, contact <[email protected]>

Interac e-transfers accepted at this address!
(Please send an email also with the membership form filled out, available here)

Donations will be recognized on our website — please indicate if you wish to do so anonymously.
While we are a registered non-profit organization, we are as yet unable to issue charitable receipts.

The Oxford Historical Society wishes you all a Happy New Year!
