Marty Engstrom Program - June 29, 2007

A great evening was had by all who attended this fun-filled and informative talk presented by Marty Engstrom. Marty told us how the transmitting antenna was located 6,393 feet above sea level on the summit of Mt. Washington.

He related some scary stories of the trips up and down the mountain and the hazards presented. Marty's great sense of humor had us all laughing during the presentation.

The slide show was fascinating as you can see by a few of the slides on the left. The show was followed by yummy treats and a good social time. The program was a great success!

YUMMM!

A lot of snow!

Beautiful rime ice frosts this tower like a wedding cake.

Keeping the road passable.
